At Blacksmith Italian we are proud to use Montana beef, pork, bison, cheese and eggs in creating the flavors of Italy. We change our menu routinely in order to feature seasonally available ingredients from our local farms and ranches.
Our house-made pasta is made with Montana wheat. In season we get fantastic produce from small local farms.
Our Italian heritage is represented in the flavors and hospitality you will experience at Blacksmith!
