Course 1: Mississippi Tamale
A northern Mississippi staple - Tamale with corn meal masa and Cochon De Lait filling steamed in a corn husk
Course 2: N'Awlins Stuffed Bell Pepper
New Orleans style bell pepper, stuffed with andouille sausage, Tasso ham, and ground bison
Course 3: Yakamein
Creole-Korean dish of short rib bone broth with creole seasoning, topped with beef tenderloin, shrimp, egg, and fresh pasta
Course 4: Pecan Praline King Cake
New Orleans famous king cake with pecan praline sauce
