We are delighted to welcome Bianca Dusic - yogi, hypnotherapist and past life regression therapist - to Blue Apple Beach for our inaugural Connect + Reset Week from 6th thru 11th November 2023. During the five day programme, Bianca will lead guests on a journey to reset energies and reconnect with the inner self, at the same time forging a connection with our vibrant Colombian Caribbean community.
Bianca will run daily yoga practice and group sessions exploring breathwork, past life regression, emotional freedom technique (tapping) and therapeutic imagery. Guests will also receive a one-on-one session with Bianca to focus on a particular area. Each evening, local specialists will join us for dinner and fireside chats on different aspects of Colombian culture, history and the arts.
The stay includes a day trip to the stunning Rosario island archipelago and historical tour of the neighbouring village. In-house Executive Chef Pedro Mosqueda will serve up a specially designed anti-inflammatory menu, to ensure bodies are as nourished as minds and souls. In spare time, guests will be able to explore the island and the city, maybe try horse riding or scuba diving, or simply enjoy relaxing beach days.
A $450 per person deposit is payable upon reservation. We will contact you to arrange further stage payments. If you would like to share a room but haven't got a buddy, purchase your ticket as a Twin and let us know.
