Escape to the mountainside where The Reserve Tasting Room awaits with a cozy, lodge style aesthetic to set the scene for our next chef’s table experience.
We celebrate the Buck Moon, named after the new set of antlers that emerge from a male deer and represents regrowth.
For each year that passes, buck antlers grow larger and more impressive than the last. Though this may be the first official evening soiree we’re hosting at The Reserve, we look forward to expanding our culinary profile and enhancing the ambiance in which we do so. Like the Buck Moon, we hope to celebrate with you often, making each time more unique and memorable than the last.
This cocktail style event will feature a specialty menu prepared by our talented culinary team and has been thoughtfully paired with a line up of wines designed to keep the theme of the night in mind.
Start the evening with a sampling of our Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon. Then travel through tasting stations and enjoy a paird selection of black pepper biltong with Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon, roasted tomoation and bacon popcorn with Justin Blend “Isosceles”. Top off the evening smoked sea salt black tie chololate with Trefethen Cabernet Sauvignon.
Reservations are $59.00 per guest plus tax and a 20% gratuity and include a four stations with wine & food pairings. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to visit The Reserve Tasting Room.
*Guests are welcome to bring their own cigar or purchase one in the tasting room.
