Markus and Liz Bokisch invite you to an Argentine Asado to enjoy a cultural and culinary experience! This exclusive dinner features traditional fire and grilling techniques with delicious meats and sides all paired with your favorite Bokisch wines.
Most importantly, the company and people that come together is what makes the experience. Markus Bokisch along with Chef Parker Estep will be our asadores (grill masters) for the evening - having the challenging task of managing the parrilla (grill) for hours, slow-roasting the meat over open flames, slowly, keeping it tender, juicy and flavorful. They will be handling everything from prepping the spit to cooking to serving.
The dinner is the only event held at the Bokisch home in a beautiful setting next to their Las Cerezas vineyard where it all began. Join us at 5:30pm for sangria and a sneak peek into the cooking experience, dinner will begin promptly at 7pm.
The $150 ticket per person is all inclusive. We are limiting seating at this dinner to allow for an elaborate menu, great service and time for visiting with all of our guests.
