Our Summer Dinner Series was so loved (and often sold out) that we decided to bring it back this fall! Join us for a four-course meal, expertly paired with our artisan wines, overlooking our picturesque Old Mission vineyard and West Grand Traverse Bay. Our carefully crafted menu is listed below.
Course 1: Parmesan gnocchi, caramelized shallot, swiss chard, and marinated cremini mushrooms in a basil cream sauce. Paired with 2020 Pinot Gris
Course 2: Arugula, kale, roasted acorn squash, shaved red onion, and toasted walnuts, drizzled with olive oil and a golden balsamic reduction. Paired with 2020 Chardonnay C
Course 3: Pan fried rainbow trout, pickled apple redskin hash, and shaved fennel in a dill beurre blanc. Paired with 2019 Pinot Noir
Course 4: Ginger creme brûlée. Paired with 2020 Riesling
