Our Summer Dinner Series was so loved (and often sold out) that we decided to bring it back this fall! Join us for a four-course meal, expertly paired with our artisan wines, overlooking our picturesque Old Mission vineyard and West Grand Traverse Bay. Our carefully crafted menu is listed below.
Course 1: Coriander-seared tuna, citrus couscous, black bean purée, candied limes, paired with 2020 Pinot Gris
Course 2: Romaine wedge, roasted sweet potato salsa, queso fresco, paired with 2020 Still Rosé
Course 3: Ancho mole braised short ribs, crisp new potatoes, mushroom conserva, gremolata creme fraiche, paired with 2019 Bonobo Red
Course 4: Churro w/ chile dark chocolate, paired with 2019 Pinot Noir
