Our Summer Dinner Series was so loved (and often sold out) that we decided to bring it back this fall! Join us for a four-course meal, expertly paired with our artisan wines, overlooking our picturesque Old Mission vineyard and West Grand Traverse Bay. Our carefully crafted menu is listed below.
Course 1: Seared paneer cheese, crisp eggplant, blistered tomato, Sambuca gastrique, paired with 2020 Chardonnay C
Course 2: Arugula, haricots verts, rosemary poached tomato, sieved egg whites, prosciutto, new potatoes, paired with 2020 Still Rosé
Course 3: Braised oxtail, mustard spaetzle, blistered tomato, kale, parmesan tuile, paired with 2018 BDX
Course 4: Zeppole w/ honey ricotta and candied apples, paired with 2019 Sparkling Rosé
