Winemaker Helen Keplinger & Owner Kate Green present a deep dive into the refinements in our farming and winemaking tasted over four vintages. Since 1978, Grace Family Vineyards has produced a Cabernet Sauvignon from a unique, jewel box vineyard with hallmark characteristics which have set these wines apart. A mature vineyard delivers character and nuance, but also present farming challenges and the need for thoughtful input to optimize vine health, and ultimately wine quality. For nearly a decade, Grace Family has focused on continually fine tuning the farming and winemaking practices to produce more refined, elegant wines that are the best expression of this vineyard. We will taste the 2007, 2014, 2016, and 2018 vintages and discuss our observations, learnings, and practices we have applied.
