We are teaming up with one of our favorite Oakland restaurants Lion Dance Cafe to bring you 4 courses featuring Brundo Spices along with additional few surprises.
Lion Dance Cafe brings bold flavors from their Teochew Singaporean & Cali Italian family recipes, nostalgic hawker favorites, and the legacy of Chinese American & Italian American diaspora cooking. They cook from scratch from local farmers’ market produce and house ferments sourced from makers systemically marginalized in their fields.
We are excited to meld our heirloom Ethiopian spices and traditional flavors with Lion Dance's Michelin + James Beard celebrated vision.
We'll have an optional drink pairing for purchase at the dinner.
