To simply put it, Brush is a Japanese restaurant offering a combination of authentic quality ramen and detailed chef driven sushi omakase experiences. Our convictions are to respect the simplicity of the cuisine yet elevate it with hints of modern flavors and techniques.

Dear guests, Our current hours is Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday 5pm-9pm, Friday, Saturday 5pm-10pm. Walk-ins are welcome for dine in kitchen menu. Sushi bar is reserved for Omakase experience only. We’re very excited to also present to you our new dine in kitchen menu and enhanced Omakase experience, again reservation is highly encouraged. We know some of you still feel more comfortable dining at home so our menu and drinks will still be available for carry out. Please visit our website or simply place the order here.
