Please arrive at the time of your reservation. We have a strict grace period of 15 minutes, any arrivals beyond 30 minutes of reservation time will be forfeited or rescheduled at the restaurants discretion. All dietary restrictions must be noted in your pre-visit questions or emailed to info@brutodenver.com 48 hours prior to your reservations in order for us to best accommodate. Dietary restrictions given within 48 hours will not be able accommodated. Please allow for 2.5 hours to enjoy the BRUTØ experience. All reservations will have a 22% fair labor and wellness fee for our staff. Any additional gratuity will go entirely to our staff.
