BRUTØ is located inside of Free Market on the Dairy Block of downtown Denver. The BRUTØ dining room consists of a fourteen seat chef's counter that faces into our open concept kitchen. Make a reservation to join us for our seven-course Omakase-style tasting menu dinner inspired by Latin and Global cuisines. Our chef's counter is open for dinner Wednesday-Saturday evenings.

We are currently not accepting walk-ins for the chef's counter but are always accepting walk-ins at our BOH counter off...

To continue protecting our staff and guests, masks are still required for anyone not fully vaccinated when entering the restaurant and any time you get up from your table (excluding children 6 and under). Please arrive at the time of your reservation. All reservations will have a 20% service fee. Any additional gratuity will go entirely to our staff. Please allow for 2 1/2 hours to enjoy the Bruto experience.
