For the second dinner of a chef collaboration series at BRUTØ, we are thrilled to welcome Chef Duncan Holmes and Allison Anderson, former Executive Chef and form Director of Experience of Denver’s acclaimed Beckon| Call.
We will be hosting two turns on Wednesday, April 28th! All reservations will inlcude a collaborate tasting menu created by Chef Michael of BRUTØ and Chef Duncan, with a beverage menu curated by BRUTØ mixologist, Andrew Booth, and Allison.
Pre-order an optional beverage pairing or order off the a la carte beverage menu upon arrival.
