Our Chef Christian Eckmann teaches signature BBQ techniques while Woodford Reserve's Johnny Costello ties in the spices from the Rib Rub (used to season your rack of ribs, no doubt!) during a whiskey tasting. Enjoy a family-style meal of country charcuterie and ribs capped off by tableside S'mores (featuring bourbon marshmallows!) paired with Woodford Reserve's Double-Oaked Bourbon.
