Cochon555 is hosting “C555Talks”, a series of dinner discussions focused on developing the idea of Open Access Agriculture (OAA) in cities nationwide. Each dinner is a four-course family-style dining experience, a co-production from Cochon555 and one of the city’s most celebrated chefs. The series will prompt a new marketplace of openness and collaboration amongst some of the biggest names serving the good food movement while giving back charity.
