On Saturday, October 15th, J. Henry Distillery will be hosting their second annual outdoor dinner in collaboration with Cadre to celebrate the 2022 harvest and the release of their second batch of Armagnac-barrel finished La Flamme Bourbon.
The event will take place on site at J. Henry & Sons Farm in Dane and include a tour of the distillery with welcome cocktail, appetizers, and bourbon tasting followed by a tented dinner in the traditional style of Gascony:
Tables overflowing with bread, cheeses, terrines, and seasonal vegetables, paired with bourbon cocktails, wine, and beer. Chef Evan Dannells will be tending a massive cauldron of stew from which guests will be served personally, and at sunset, distiller Joe Henry will prepare a traditional flaming brûlot to pair with dessert.
Live music will accompany the dinner, all food and beverage will be included in the ticket price, and ample parking will be available on site.
Tickets are limited and all guests will have the opportunity to purchase bottles of J. Henry's La Flamme bourbon before public release.
