On Saturday, November 16, master the art of preparing a Spanish classic at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba!'s Paella Cooking Demo, led by Executive Chef Eric Jorgensen. From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, learn how the Valencian dish is filled with flavor at every step.
Soak up Chef's expertise and insights as you enjoy a five-course meal featuring classic pintxos and tapas like Mushroom and Goat Cheese Stuffed Piquillo and Tortilla Española, ultimately leading to a serving from the paella presentation. The full menu is available on our website. In true Spanish fashion, each course will be paired with a beverage to complement the dish.
Recreate the dish at home with a recipe card featuring all of Chef’s tips & Tricks. Tickets to the Paella Cooking Demo are available for $65, plus tax (gratuity not included).
