It’s a chilly winter day, and there’s a fire roaring comfortably nearby. Join us as we explore a menu centered on Cassoulet, the traditional French country entree of white beans, duck, sausage and pork all slowly cooked in an earthenware vessel. This ultimate cold-weather dish will be expertly paired with a special selection of Cakebread Cellars estate cabernets to enhance the flavors of your creations.
