Husband and wife team Casey & Amy La Rue have worked in some of the countries best Michelin starred restaurants including Daniel, Per Se & Joel Robuchon and combines all those experiences to bring the Carte Blanche pop up. A floating restaurant that offers a unique tasting menu experience focusing on native Texas ingredients prepared in a modern way.
Dinner is 13 courses based on the season and is paired luxury wines.
