Join Susan Sueiro, the President of the Artesa Winery, as she shares the story of one of the oldest family businesses in the world and its history, the gorgeous architecture and its surroundings, and their terroir and the European approach of native yeast winemaking in Carneros, Napa Valley.
We'll be tasting their estate sparkling, chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon blend, and pinot noir. Kris Toliao, the executive chef of Cassava, will be pairing 4 dishes crafted to each wine with NorCal market findings.
As this is a specifically designed menu event, we are only inviting guests who do not have any major dietary restrictions including dairy, gluten, nuts, and shellfish. The course will include animal protein.
