The third event of our 4-course sake pairing dinner will focus on daiginjo sakes. Most prized, due to the delicate nature of sake making and the lowest yield, daiginjo sakes are known to be the "cream of the crop" around the world.
We'll be trying 4 daiginjo from 4 different breweries with accompanying courses for each. As this is a specifically designed menu event, we are only inviting guests who do not have any major dietary restrictions including dairy, gluten, nuts, and shellfish. The course will include animal protein.
