About Our Astronomer:
Kym Thalassoudis enjoys a life-long passion for astronomy and space, with special interests in supernovae, astronomy outreach, and electronically assisted astronomy. Since January 2000, Kym has published The Evening Sky Map each month at Skymaps.com, helping tens of thousands of sky watchers worldwide discover the wonders of the Universe. Kym is a Past President of the Astronomical Society of South Australia and, prior to retirement, was employed for 30 years as a rocket propulsion scientist, leading a team of scientists, engineers and technicians.

Ticket includes two drinks, and grazing food option from Cucina di Strada.
Please note the event is limited to adults over the age of 18 years.
The organisers will provide an alternative Indoor Astronomy Program if bad weather intervenes. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event if extreme weather conditions prevail or for any other reason. A full refund will be issued following cancellation.
