This Valentine's Day, we're presenting a romantic dinner pairing everyone's two favorite things: Wine and Chocolate! This year we will be joined by chocolatier Meggie Mobley from Bijoux Chocolates (more info below)! Each glorious course features an innovative chocolate-integrated dish, a paired chocolate morsel, AND a sommelier-selected wine pairing!
First Course: Chocolate gnocchi and butternut squash with blistered tomatoes,
shaved toasted almonds, fried sage, and goat cheese tossed in brown butter.
Second Course: Strawberry and Prosciutto salad over spinach and arugula topped
with julienne red onions, sunflower seeds, candied walnuts, and feta drizzled with
a dark chocolate balsamic vinaigrette
Third Course: Hazelnut and cacao nib crusted duck breast served over a bourbon
white chocolate and macadamia nut risotto with an orange-ginger baby bok choy
topped with a port-blackberry reduction
Fourth Course: Smoked beef short ribs served over a Fontina polenta with a chili-
lime broccolini topped with chocolate mole
Passion fruit tart topped with a white chocolate meringue and shaved milk chocolate
