Chef Rei Peraza and Ortolan Hospitality is a wandering pop up dinner series with an emphasis on showcasing time and place in the Hudson Valley. We collaborate with local farms, foragers and artisans to curate dining experiences that are extravagant but relaxed. Our goal is to capture the moment via a progressive tasting menu paired with world class wines and meticulously crafted cocktails. Our events are small and intimate, 10-25 people depending upon the location.
