Chef Rei Peraza invites you to an evening celebrating the cuisines and cultures that have influenced his career: Latin American and Spanish cuisine, shaped with both European and Japanese sensibilities.
This progressive tasting menu will be paired with world class wines and spirits, including selections from Liquorama Wine Cellars in Hyde Park (one of the oldest wine shops in the Hudson Valley), which has wines and vintages that cannot be found anywhere else except at auction. As an added bonus, dinner guests will be granted exclusive access to Liquorama's cellar to purchase wines from the evening at a preferred rate.
This dinner will be held at William Farmer & Sons in Hudson, who have provided us access to their Merchant House location for the evening. Please allow 3 to 4 hours for the experience.
