Damon Bomar of Brown Liquor Cocktail Co. is behind the bar again with a thoughtful cocktail, wine, and house-made shrubs beverage pairing to accompany the tasting menu.

Bulgogi - Korea
Cocoa - Mayan
Curry - Turkish
Za'atar - Syria
