chez is a contemporary restaurant located in New York City. We serve an 8-course seasonal tasting menu, where we ask each guest to provide two ingredients that evoke the most familiar memories of the given theme for that dinner. Since there are only four guests each night, we feature each ingredient as the focal point of a single course. Our aim is to present ingredients familiar to our guests in unexpected and often untraditional ways.
