Chef Nakazawa is the apprentice of legendary Jiro Ono san who is regarded as the world's greatest living sushi chef and the star of renowned movie Jiro Dreams of Sushi. When the Michelin star judges dined at Sushi Nakazawa Chef Yun was one of the chefs that served and helped secure the Michelin star.
