Uncork an intimate evening with winemaker Mark Hoover including new releases that will be paired with an incredible menu by Colectivo Felix.
The Watsonville based award-winning winery and acclaimed Chef Diego Felix of Colectivo Felix team up again to create another Argentinean inspired Winemaker Dinner at the Integrity Wines Barrel Room.
While the first dinner in March sold out fast the newly released event gives wine enthusiasts and foodies a chance to finally secure a seat for the upcoming Integrity Wines & Colectivo Felix gourmet feast.
Dinner is limited to 30 guests to assure an intimate evening, where attendees have the opportunity to talk one-on-one with Winemaker Mark Hoover and Chef Diego Felix and take a peek into the kitchen if the menu flow allows.
