On January 30th, Derek Brown of the Columbia Room, Lauren Paylor of Seedlip, and Maria Bastasch of Chufly Imports will all come together to cap off Dry January with a dryi-ish class, showing how to make drinks with socially driven wine company Chufly Imports. Yes, these aren’t all alcohol free, but they’re low alcohol and delicious.
