Contemporary Ceylon began as a unique dining experience hosted by Andrew Speldewinde where he endeavoured to bring his experimental and modern cooking style to Sri Lankan food. From its humble beginnings as a home cook venture, Contemporary Ceylon went on to organise large-scale pop-up events at venues such as the Dutch Burgher Union.
