Corazon de Tierra is a contemporary Mexican restaurant that speaks to the Guadalupe Valley. The relationships we have made with farmers, ranchers, artisans and winemakers over the years have left a positive impact in our valley. We hope to be able to be caretakers of this collective vision and share it with our guests.
The Corazon de tierra experience, honest and fresh take on regional cuisine with ingredients sourced fresh daily from our in site farm.
At lunch time we serve our full tasting menu as well as a shorter 5-course menu. We take a deposit payment $900 which will be fully deducted from your final bill.
