Although Sturia began 20 years ago in the heart of caviar farming in Bordeaux, our caviar inspired menu reflects the century old tradition of French Caviar.
Legend has it that in 1920, a Russian Princess passing through the region noticed farmers using the eggs for duck feed instead of farming it for haute-cuisine, from then on started the century long tradition of French caviar.
Join us in discovering all the flavors that a century old artisanal tradition has to offer.
