Unique in California Wine Country, this pastoral restaurant floats above the vines with panoramic views of Alexander Valley. Chef Douglas Keane’s distinctive “dining journey”is a progressive tasting menu designed to transport each guest through a series of spaces and experiences. With service for 36 guests over the course of three seatings each night, the Cyrus team is able to deliver warm, personalized hospitality.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Because our staffing model pays each member a true career wage, we operate our kitchen with a small efficient team of chefs each day. Intense focus is brought to the 20 plus dishes our regular and vegetarian menus require for each service. The prevalence of ingredients like soy, sea plants, chili peppers, and all varieties of alliums and mushrooms means that unfortunately, some potential guests cannot be accommodated. We will accommodate seafood and shellfish allergies with our vegetarian options. Accommodation can also be made for lactose intolerance and tree-nut and peanut allergies, however some ingredient specific allergies may dictate that a dish will be missed if we do not have a prepared substitute. At this time we are not able to accommodate celiac/gluten free diets, mushroom or onion-garlic allergies/aversions. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. RESERVATIONS: Ticketed reservations are available exclusively online through the month of March. Reservations for April will be available starting February 1st at 11am. BUBBLES LOUNGE - The lounge is open for casual cocktails, Champagne and a curated menu for walk-in guests, 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
