Join us for Chef Ben's 5-course tasting menu as we explore the history of these two cultures' flavours and techniques.
Each course will be paired with sake or natural wine. Expect some Peruvian cocktails, natural craft sake and rare bottles we've been keeping.
Dinner is on Saturday, Nov 5th from 630pm-10pm. Each ticket includes our tasting menu along with beverage pairings.

To start: papa rellena
togarashi spiced cancha
kabocha squash causa
w/ clos lenticus traditional method blanc de noir, catalonia
Following: salmon tiradito, yuzu amarillo
w/ kozaemon sakura junmai ginjo namanama
Next: sopa de chancho, miso, aji panca
w/ senkin nature junmai shizenshu
Main: soy braised beef short rib, quinoa, roasted squash
w/ envinate magan, tenerife
To finish: yam ice cream sandwich, lime cookie, dulce de leche
w/ leche de monja - pisco, condensed milk, egg, spice
