Two iconic San Francisco neighborhood restaurants, Delfina and Nopa, and one soon-to-be favorite, Poppy, join forces for an evening where the food will be nothing short of spectacular. Chef Craig Stoll, with Annie Stoll, opened Delfina in 1998 to immediate success, and Food & Wine named Craig Best New Chef in 2001; Delfina has earned a James Beard Award, and a reputation as a San Francisco classic. In 2006, Chef Laurence Jossel opened Nopa — now a beloved San Francisco destination — with the understanding that “... a great restaurant is a sum of its parts, and we never cease in our commitment to our values as a San Francisco culinary institution.” Joining this evening’s lineup is Jessica Sullivan, who’s built a remarkable reputation and resume, including as Pastry Chef for the Delfina restaurant group; and who will soon be opening Poppy, a breakfast spot a few blocks from our factory — and one of the city’s most anticipated new restaurants of 2023.
Wine service for the evening will be led by a truly dynamic pairing of the (aptly named) Master Sommelier Emily Wines of Coopers Hawk Winery, and Rob Renteria, whose sommelier experience includes Bacar, Rubicon, La Folie, and A16. Beverage Director Seth Corr of Greens Restaurant is also joining us for the evening, bringing his talents to our no-alcohol pairings.
Note: Private dining with the exclusive use of Bloom for your party of up to eight guests is available for this evening.
