We are a grain-to-glass craft distillery in the heart of Niagara wine country crafting unique spirits using local and seasonal ingredients. Our collection of spirits includes vodkas, gins, rye whisky, absinthe, liqueur-style gins, peach & plum schnapps, prepared bottled cocktails and a line of cocktail bitters.
Tastings are offered by appointment or if space allows.
Tours on weekend days by reservation.
