Though referred to as "new world" in the wine industry, South America has been making wine for centuries.
This evening features conversation with winemaker Kirk Ermisch, President of Elixir WIne Group, and is a three course dinner with wines from regions rich in history. You'll drink champagne-method sparkling wine from Argentina's "King of Bubbles" in Mendoza; Malbec from the premier regions of Lújan de Cuyo/Uco Valley and a rich, complex red blend from Perdriel, La Consulta, and Altamira, Mendoza.
Each wine will be paired with a small plate created by our kitchen especially for the evening.
