Join Thi Doan (pronounced like “tea”), a talented artist based in Portland, as she leads you through a masterclass in watercolor painting for mindfulness.
Find rest and allow yourself to explore and play as you let yourself step away from all the noise and busy pace of everyday life, and find joy and beauty in the magic of watercolor painting.
In this workshop, we will give ourselves permission to play without self-judgment, to unplug, enjoy the present moment, and nourish our creative energies.
You will learn three simple watercolor activities that you can use for mindfulness practice exercises:
• Value scale
• Negative Space Painting
We’ll lean into nature for inspiration for this session.
Included with the class is a thoughtfully curated kit of art supplies and creative inspiration chosen just for this workshop and for you to take home and continue painting and exploring!
