dory is a small, chef-run restaurant in Memphis, Tennessee, with a focus on sourcing the freshest ingredients as close to home as possible. Our food is only as good as the ingredients sourced. We intend to serve them at their highest potential.

As of August 1, 2023, dory has transitioned from exclusively offering a tasting menu experience to a traditional a la carte menu. The full menu is available after 5pm in the dining room as well as the bar. Bar Snacks are served in the bar only from 4pm to close. Reservations are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome! We will soon offer a tasting menu at the counter seating in the kitchen. Please subscribe to our mailing list at dorymemphis.com for updates on when that reservation will become available, as well as notifications for upcoming wine dinners.
