Drunk On Pie is a pandemic induced dessert & cocktail holiday pop up focusing on savory & sweet pies and themed cocktail kits for the holidays. Started by Chef Weston Ludeke (Britespot, Patina, Michael Mina Group) in partnership with barman Evan Charest (Severance Wine Bar & Mercantile Hospitality), DOP offers weekly pie & cocktail pickups on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays out of Britespot in Echo Park!
