Join us for an interactive culinary experience. This unique evening promises a blend of fun and learning, where you will engage in the art of pasta making – mixing, kneading, and shaping tortellinis, glass of wine in hand. The event culminates with a beautifully paired wine dinner, and Chocolate Cremeux.
Date & Time: Saturday, February 17th, starting at 5:30 PM
Canapé Hour (5:30 PM - 6:00 PM): Begin the evening with a selection of canapé's including, Bison Tenderloin with Black Truffle and Pickled Mushroom, Beet Cured Salmon with Lemon Curd and Osetra Caviar, and Pimento Cheese Cornet.
Chef’s Demonstration: Learn the art of pasta making with Tim and Kristen. The session starts with hands-on techniques for mixing and kneading dough, crafting perfect fillings, and mastering the shape of tortellinis.
Guest Participation: After observing, it's your turn to put what you learned into pratice, our chefs there to guide you every step of the way.
Wine-Paired Dinner: The evening rounds off with a beautifully curated dinner, where each course is thoughtfully paired with Early Mountain wines. Indulge in dishes like Sweet Crab with Radish, Apple, and Pickled Kohlrabi, Truffle Stuffed Chicken Breast with Celery Root Tortellini and Parmesan, and a sumptuous Chocolate Cremeux with Passion Fruit Mousse and Chili Spiced Coconut.
