A form of sound healing that works to clear any blockages that you have in your body (similar to how acupuncture works but no needles involved). People report feeling relaxed, calm, focused, less stressed, less anxious, etc.
Find a comfortable seat or lay down on a mat. After the session, you might feel super relaxed, like you don’t want to do anything (work) afterwards. Give yourself that time.
