Our fifth annual SeptemberFest comes with a twist: we're inviting the most beloved restaurants and eateries in Chicago to join us virtually throughout the entire month of September. Order a kit filled with specialties from our guest chefs to enjoy at home, then connect with them and our own chefs and ask questions on Instagram Live each week. All of our guest chefs will join us for a Grand Finale event on September 26 at 4 p.m.
On Saturday, September 12th, our guest chefs are Aya Fukai of Aya Pastry and Jim Graziano of J.P. Graziano. Join us at 4pm on Instagram Live for a behind the scenes tour with the guest chefs from their kitchens.
In today's kit, our guest chefs have included their specialties and we’ve paired them with favorites from Eataly. Each kit serves up to 2 guests and includes:
• Aya Pastry’s Savory Tomato Goat Cheese Danish Kit (2 each): Baked Pastry Crust, Piping Bag of Goat Cheese Topping, Farm Cherry tomatoes, and Fresh Basil. Aya Fukai will demo this kit during the IG Live on September 12th.
• J.P. Graziano’s Mr. G Sandwich kit: Sharp Imported Provolone, Genoa Salami, Prosciutto, Hot Sopressata, Marinated Artichoke, Fresh Basil, Hot Oil, Truffle Mustard, Balsamic Vinaigrette and lettuce with red wine vinegar and oregano. Jim Graziano will lead us through the assembly of this sandwich during the IG Live on September 12th.
