Eclair is a Pop-Up dinner series & Creative outlet provided by Chef Alex Bolar. Alex is an Atlanta native that moved to LA in March of 2020, prior to which he ran a 20-seat 5course private dining experience called Eclair. The goal behind his vision of the food served is to deliver food that not only looks good, but also tasty good, and challenges the mind.
