Join us on Saturday, February 11th for an intimate Valentine's Dinner at Effingham Manor with your sweetheart. Chris Pearmund will be your host, guiding you through each course perfectly paired with an Effingham wine.
Doors open at 6:30PM with passed Hors d'oeuvres. Followed by a 4 course plated and served dinner.

Aged Cheddar & Cream of Cauliflower Soup with a Broccoli Cheddar Crisp
Braised Pork Cheek with a Demi-glaze and Sweet Potato Curls
Surf n' Turf Entrée of Beef Tenderloin Skewers with Cajun Bearnaise Sauce accompanied by a Marinated Shrimp Skewer in a Romesco Sauce served with Grilled Asparagus
Dessert of Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake, Cotton Candy Cloud and Raspberry Gastrique
DIETARY NEEDS: Gluten Free dinners can be accommodated but needs to be requested at the time tickets are purchased. To request or inquire more information please email jennifer@effinghammanor.com. Unfortunately, vegetarian meals cannot be accommodated at this dinner.
*All dietary plates need to be requested no later than February 1st.
Tickets are $110 per guest (plus tax).
RSVP required, seats will fill up quickly, so don't delay.
SEATING NOTES: Table seating is arranged prior to the the event date. If you wanted to sit with another group or couple, who is making separate reservations, please include the other guests name in your reservation notes or email jennifer@pearmundcellars.com
