Join us for a spectacular 6-course dinner prepared by Chef Ben Poremba and team to celebrate Elaia's 10th year anniversary. The dinner includes premium wine pairings, selected by Wine Director Luciano Racca and our distinguished guests and Elaia Alumni: Master Sommelier Andrey Ivanov, President/CEO of Bliss Wine Concierge; Master Sommelier Brandon Kern, Operations Manager at Art of Cellaring and Director of The Texas Wine School; and John Fausz, Cellar Master at Rhys Vineyards.

The team plans to feature some rare and special selections for the events.
