Inspired by Chef Justin Song-Ell's approach to regenerative dining, we offer a unique omakase experience, which takes place over five courses and changes weekly to reflect the seasonality of our local farms.
We believe in moving beyond farm-to-table in our approach, highlighting lesser-known ingredients and fermentation as a major aspect in our cooking.
We are open four nights per week, offering omakase at the dinner hour and snacks and wine late into the evening.
