Before Your Visit: A Few Things to Know Elma is a family-owned restaurant offering modern Turkish-inspired dining in the heart of Penticton. We welcome you to join us for dinner seven nights a week, with brunch service available on Sundays. Reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak hours and weekends. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. To help us manage no-shows and ensure smooth service for all our guests, we require a credit card to secure your reservation. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. Please ensure your contact details are up to date—we may reach out to confirm your reservation or provide important information ahead of your visit. Important Dining Information We offer a 15-minute grace period for reservations. After this time, your table may be released to our waitlist. Please call us if you're running late—we’ll do our best to accommodate you, though this may not be possible during busy service, especially in the summer months. All reservations are booked with a 2-hour dining window. We appreciate your understanding in helping us stay on schedule, especially during high-volume services. We have very limited window seating, which is allocated on a first-booked basis. While we do our best to honour requests, we cannot guarantee specific tables. Group Dining On weekends in July and August, we are unable to accommodate groups larger than 6 guests. From Monday to Thursday, we can host very limited groups of up to 12 guests, with a set menu required. All group reservations for more than 6 guests must be booked directly with the restaurant.
